Soprano Italian Restaurant has been serving premium authentic Italian cuisine on Warwick Boulevard since its founding — one great dish at a time. Founder Essam Mahmoud built this place on a simple promise: food so good, you'll be singing after every bite.

The flavors got too good to keep inside the restaurant — so Soprano's Marinara Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and House Dressing are now on shelves at Food Lion stores across Hampton Roads, Farm Fresh, and Anand Bazaar. You can order them online too.
Award-winning, and still going
Soprano's earned the President's Bronze Award in 2003 — and again in 2024 — a testament to two decades of consistent quality and community trust. The recognition feels good, but the full dining rooms feel better.
